Town of Gawler Council Immunisation Contract Scope

Healthy Environs was engaged by the Town of Gawler to draft a ‘scope of services’ for Council’s immunisation contract. This project involved a review of relevant documentation including: the Immunisation Memorandum of Understanding (between the Minister for Health and Ageing and the Local Government Association of SA), the National Immunisation Program and the Service Agreement for the School Based Immunisation Program (between Council and the Department for Health and Ageing.

A detailed scope was prepared, allowing for service delivery recommendations/models to be proposed by the contractor as well as comparison of costs for immunisation administration services.
