Sally has held senior management roles in the consulting sector. As a qualified Company Director, she offers management expertise and knowledge of business planning, stakeholder engagement, service optimisation and human resource management. Sally is driven in her work with governments and business to support healthy and resilient communities. Sally is passionate about projects that connect people and support entrepreneurship for thriving regions.

Caroline Fuentes
TEAM LEADER RESILIENT FUTURES
Caroline is highly knowledgeable in public health strategy, risk analysis, and managing programs. As the leader of New Caledonia's Environmental Health Department, she oversaw research and initiatives in various sectors of environmental health, such as water supply, asbestos issues, leisure water, sewage treatment, medical waste, vector-borne diseases and health impact assessment of projects. Her expertise is bolstered by a Master's Degree in Public Health and more than a decade of experience in community health and aged care within Australian communities. As a Senior Consultant, Caroline brings skills in strategy and policy development and evaluation, risk assessment, clinical governance and engaging with stakeholders. Caroline heads our Adelaide team and oversees our corporate quality and risk management frameworks.

Melissa Batt
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Melissa brings over 15 years of experience delivering environmental, social, public health, and cultural value in the local government sector. She has prepared a variety of policies and plans relating to strategic and corporate planning, public health, community, culture, reconciliation, environment, and disability inclusion. Her solutions-based and collaborative project management skills complement her keen eye for interpreting legislation, analysing data, prioritising consultation outcomes, detail and strategy.
Melissa has developed and delivered a variety of community and environmental initiatives, promoting the value of healthy connected liveable environments. Her collaborative style and ability to listen to stakeholder voices make participants feel valued and heard. She holds a Bachelor of Social and Environmental Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Urban Ecology.

Terressa Hann
TEAM LEADER, RESILIENT REGIONS
Terressa leads our regional team and supervises our Community and Innovation Hub partnerships in Roxby Downs South Australia. Terressa’s professional experience spans the mining and community development sectors. She has expertise across fostering effective workplace relationships, strategic community and stakeholder engagement, adept marketing strategies, strategic planning and change management. In her role as a Team Leader, Terressa is responsible for managing the hub operations team, hub marketing, governance (in liaison with local health stakeholders and the local council) and overseeing Hub user agreements and bookings.
Terressa holds a Cert IV in Human Resources, Level 2 Wellness Coaching, an undergraduate degree in Community Services, and a Certificate of Engagement with IAP2 Australasia. Terressa is committed to effective engagement with rural communities to empower community-driven solutions.

Liam Modystach
ENGAGEMENT AND PROJECT SUPPORT
Liam brings strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse community settings and customer service industries. He has a natural ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting inclusive and approachable engagement processes.
Liam is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus on management, community engagement and wellbeing. He has also completed a Certificate of Engagement, further strengthening his capability in stakeholder and community engagement practices.
Liam supports project delivery across a range of community and public health projects, contributing to workshop facilitation, community consultation, stakeholder engagement and data analysis.

Keely Hughes
CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROGRAMS AND EVENTS OFFICER
Keely is the Customer Service, Programs and Events Officer for our Community and Innovation Hub Partnership. Keely brings work experience in wellbeing and inclusion, as well as event management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and qualifications in mental health first aid. Keely is a confident and energetic presenter and is committed to delivering wellbeing programs and workshops to connect communities and support resilience. She thrives on working with people and building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. Keely is passionate about seeing people flourish and bringing people together to share their stories and experiences.

Kirsten McGirr
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Kirsten is experienced in office administration, facilities management support and bookkeeping. She is committed to business systems that drive service efficiencies. Kirsten works from our Adelaide office and manages our accounting and business systems, business banking and payroll. Kirsten supports the team in office and community hub facility management making them good places to work and be.

Paul McEvoy
SENIOR PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Paul leads strategic and delivery-focused work across policy, governance, organisational improvement and community engagement. He has more than 25 years’ experience working with governments, public sector agencies and complex organisations in regulated environments. With a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Paul’s background spans senior leadership, management consulting and operational management across the health, aged care and community sectors. Paul has extensive experience supporting government and industry clients with social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and organisational improvement initiatives. His practical, evidence-based approach helps organisations navigate complexity, strengthen governance and build trust with communities. As Senior Principal Consultant, Paul provides leadership across project delivery, quality assurance and peer review, working closely with clients to deliver practical and sustainable outcomes.
