Our new Time for Wellbeing Customer Service Officer

Terressa Hann has joined the team as our new Customer Service Officer, and we couldn’t be more excited! You’ll see her smiling face when you visit the Hub, but many of you would already be familiar with Terressa. She’s lived in Roxby Downs for many years, and along with her husband and four children, is an active member of the sporting community.

Terressa has already thrown herself into activities at the Hub, as part of the Time for Wellbeing team.

“I’ll be at the front desk welcoming people, helping people access the resources we have available, looking after Hub Time when it’s available, and generally supporting the team where I can,” Terressa said.

There’s a lot to love about Roxby, according to Terressa. “I just love the community aspect of the town,” she said. “Everyone is looking out for everyone else; it’s always such a friendly town and it’s a very safe town.”

In her spare time, Terressa enjoys photography and loves taking pictures of children, families, but most especially, newborns. As a member of Hornridge sports club, she plays netball and basketball, and has also coached girls’ netball and basketball.

As we welcome Terressa, we’d like to thank and farewell Kayla, our previous customer service officer who will be returning to her home in the Riverland. We’ll miss your smiling face, Kayla!
